exercise changes the shape of your face



My exercise / gym time used to be: Monday through Thursday 3 hours daily, Friday through Saturday 4 hours each, Sunday 7 hours. Due to various conditions, I cannot spend 27 hours weekly at the gym. I try to spend at least 30 minutes four to five times weekly. Some days I spend 4 hours, some 2. Regardless, even 30 minutes three times weekly and no junk carbs can leads to small gains. In three weeks alone, I have lost 15 lbs, went from size 14 to 10, my large leggings fall off of me. My strength, endurance, speed, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, ability, have increased. My facial weight changes are noticeable in my joules.
