Mission

Apt Fitness, Inc., is a Florida not for profit corporation, designated by IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity.  We work with individuals affected by autism spectrum disorders, including loved ones, siblings, and caregivers.  Service donations are based on HUD income guidelines to cover operating costs, professional fees, and state, local, and federal fees.

As an autism advocate, we strive to educate others out of the spectrum about equality in the workforce.  One of our co-Founders is a personal trainer is certified through ACE, which can also be confirmed through US Reps. Additionally, she is certified as a barre instructor through Barre Above.

She holds an Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Master of Sciences in Criminology, and Master of Arts in Asian Studies.  Of Mandarin, German, French, and English, her primary method of communication is American English.  She is also skilled in statistics and research and has a network of resources, including, but not limited to, mental health clinicians, physical therapists, and chiropractors, that offer concurrent services to her clients.

Our other co-founder is a certified personal trainer through NFPT.  He holds a BS and MS in Sports and Recreation Facilities Management and has experience working in gyms since 2006.  Having played football throughout school, he has been in and out of gyms and very familiar with exercise and emergency protocols.

Our main goal is to fund a 501(c)(3) fitness studio that will offer exercise solutions to low income individuals affected by autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression, anxiety, and other cognitive and neurological disorders.  A portion of proceeds from full priced services will be donated to the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  Exercise solutions include fitness classes, fitness training, after school programs, summer camps, and more.  Affected individuals includes the person with the actual diagnosis as well as loved ones, caregivers, and family members.  Group and partner training is available as well.

Our other goals at Apt Fitness, Inc., include:

  • creating a support network for autists and their loved ones
  • creating a safe environment for autists to feel comfortable with their diagnosis
  • creating an empowerment network for autists to offer their services to others who are in need
  • creating a community of acceptance of autists
  • creating a redefinition of autism that shatters negative stigma and stereotypes


We protect client confidentiality, and we will not tolerate discrimination, disrespect, or harassment of any kind.  Any client found in violation of the foregoing will be released and will not be issued any refund of any kind.  We respect all people of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, political beliefs, etc.  Therefore, our clients must respect others as well.

We have a referral network for autists to help other autists market their employable assets, social skills, expertises, and assist with gainful employment.


Other services provided include independent contract paralegal, makeup artistry, photography, Notary Public, mobile makeup concierge, modeling, and custom skin care products.
